1. Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling.

2. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

3. At present, we are only able to deliver to addresses within the UK. Delivery is by Royal Mail and parcels must be signed for upon delivery. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and so customers can anticipate receipt within 3 to 5 working days of placement of their order. The cost of delivery is £4.50 per item. 4. Our Returns Policy: We are happy to offer a refund on unsuitable goods if returned within 14 days, postage is non refundable. Returned goods must be unworn and unmarked (we recommend trying shoes on a carpeted floor). Goods must be returned in the original packaging which again must not be torn or marked. We cannot accept any returned item which is not in the condition in which it was received. If there is any indication that the items have been used, they will be returned to the purchaser un-refunded. When returning goods, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any items that are lost in transit. If goods are faulty or damaged, we will replace or refund you providing we are notified within 48 hours of you receiving the goods and the goods are returned in the condition they were delivered and in their original packaging. Upon our receipt of the faulty or damaged goods, you will be refunded for the item within 7 working days.
